Alderley, St Kenelm’s
- Partial overhaul of the soundboard and rollerboard.
The photos below show the work being done on site.
Beltingham, St Cuthbert’s
The lower section of the organ will be dismantled and a temporary support frame will be installed so work can be done to the floor (by others). Once work has been completed to the floor the lower section of the organ will be cleaned and reassembled. The reservoir will be re-leathered and returned to its frame in the vestry.

Jordanhill Parish Church
T.C. Lewis, 1903, updates JPow, 1999 : 2 manuals 24 stops.
The organ is to be part dismantled and the following work undertaken:
The Swell pallet-actuating motors and Swell slider-actuating unit to be re-leathered and the Pedal pallet-actuating motors to be re-leathered.
The organ will be reassembled, the mechanism checked and organ tuned.

Attention to pipe speech, action adjustments and tuning
Singapore Freemasons’ Hall
Walker 1970. 2 manual extension organ, 18 stops. Overhauled, and a new electrical system installed.
The organ has been overhauled, and the low-voltage electrical system renewed. The speech and balance of the pipework have been checked and the organ tuned.
The pneumatic motors for the bass of the Pedal Sub Bass will be releathered. Each action movement will be checked and adjusted. An electric shutter engine will be fitted in place of the present electro-pneumatic machine.

The keyboards and pedalboard will be dismantled and overhauled. New contacts will be fitted. The stop-tab units will be regulated and their contacts will be cleaned.

Swell & Wind System
Swell shutters to be re-felted. The wind system will be checked and made sound. New electro-magnets will be fitted to operate the tremulant, and the tremulant diaphragm will be releathered if required.

The existing low-voltage electrical system was removed and a new processor based coupling equipment installed. New low-voltage wiring was installed to connect the new coupling equipment to the organ and new low-voltage power supplies provided. A new Tremulant timer was also installed.
Twickenham, St Stephen’s
Henry Willis c1890. 3 manuals 27 stops.
The organ was cleaned and partially refurbished.

Soundboard, Actions and Chests
The upperboards were lifted and planed true to re-establish the correct clearance for free movement of the sliders. The table-tops were checked and splits repaired.
The stop names were revised to take account of the pipework changes. The key touches were checked and adjusted.
The pipework was removed from the organ, cleaned and repaired. The composition of the Swell Mixture was revised to follow typical Willis practice. The Gamba was returned to the Choir and the Open Diapason to the Swell. The speech and balance of the pipework were checked and the organ tuned.
Wind System and Swell Boxes
The action regulator was repaired. The wind system was checked for soundness and cleaned. The actions were checked and adjusted.
St Andrews, St Salvator’s Chapel
To install a new piston system and drawstop solenoids, the foot piston layout is also to be revised.
